About Mr. Bussey

Who is Mr. Bussey?

Born in a family of educators, I always had a passion for teaching and learning.  I do everything in my power to instill that same passion into each of my students.  I enjoy creating a high energy classroom that is filled with fun and excitement, along with differentiation and rigor for all students.  If that means standing on a table, dressing up like a famous person in history, or rapping and doing the dougie, that's what I'll do.

College Years

College was a GREAT experience for me!  I received my bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education from Georgia State University in December 2009!  I was very active in college serving as a campus tour guide, Intercultural Ambassador, President of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. (Pi Alpha Chapter) and a host of other student organizations and positions.
